The Mind-Body Connection: Guided by Amy Marie DiFranco

The Mind-Body Connection is a trauma-aware, body led virtual course designed to help you reconnect with your body as a source of wisdom, safety, and guidance. Through gentle movement, somatic awareness, guided ritual, and reflective practices, you’ll learn how to listen to your body’s cues rather than override them. This course supports nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and intuitive self-trust in a grounded way. Each session invites you to slow down, soften, and experience self-care as something you feel, not something you force. Guided by Instructor: Amy Marie DiFranco.

Course includes 6 weeks of guided teachings. (1 hour per week zoom meetings) and an interactive workbook to follow along with and personalize as you progress. Once you register your seat, you will receive an email with the zoom meeting link to participate.
