How do you perform an In-Person Reiki Energy Healing Session?
During your in-person Reiki session, you will be invited to lie on a comfortable treatment table in a peaceful, private setting. Once you are comfortably situated, the Reiki Therapist, Amy Marie DiFranco, will begin channeling Reiki life-force energy through gentle hands-on touch or with her hands held slightly above your body.
Reiki is an intuitive energy-healing practice that flows where it is most needed, supporting areas that may require additional care before radiating throughout the rest of the body. Every person experiences Reiki differently. You may notice warmth, tingling, gentle pulsing, emotional release, deep relaxation—or simply a quiet sense of peace.
Regardless of what you feel during the session, Reiki is intended to support relaxation, energetic balance, and an overall sense of well-being by nurturing the connection between mind, body, and spirit. How do you perform Distance Reiki?
With distance sessions, you are invited to lie down in a safe and comfortable area in the convenience of your own home, in a quiet space where there will be no interruptions. Once you are comfortably situated in a relaxed position, the session will begin. The practitioner, Amy Marie DiFranco, will transfer Reiki life force energy to you as you lie relaxed. Because Reiki is an intelligent energy healing modality, it will work in the area that needs most attention, first. Then, radiating out to the other areas of the body, as needed. Every client has a different experience with Reiki. Regardless of the sensations, all Reiki sessions assist the client with an overall feeling of increased health and well-being, by balancing the mind, body and spirit. This is a beneficial service for those who want to experience Reiki but would prefer not to leave the comfort of their own homes.
