How to Book Your Appointment
Gaia North is a sole-practitioner studio, so all appointments are scheduled online. Follow these simple steps to select the service and appointment time that work best for you.
Visit Gaia North
Go to www.gaianorth.com using your phone, tablet, or computer.
Select “Book A Healing Session”
Click the Book Appointment or Book Online button. You will be taken securely to Gaia North’s online scheduling calendar.
Choose Your Service
Select the massage, Reiki session, combination service, or other offering you would like to schedule.
Choose a Date and Time
Available appointment times are displayed in real time. Choose the opening that works best for your schedule.
Enter Your Information
Provide the requested contact information and complete any required forms. Review your selections before submitting.
Receive Confirmation
Once booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and any next steps.
Find Your Appointment Time
View current availability and reserve your session directly through the secure online calendar.
