Amy Marie DiFranco is a holistic wellness practitioner and educator with an almost decade of experience in mind-body healing. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Dual Certified Trauma Conscious and the 8 Limbs of Yoga Registered Yoga Teacher, Traditional Usui Ryoho Reiki Master/Practitioner, and Certified Women’s Circle Facilitator. Through her virtual courses, Amy blends practical knowledge with intuitive guidance to create supportive, embodied learning experiences that empower students to reconnect with their bodies, calm the nervous system, and cultivate lasting wellbeing.
